Cut Size is 10' x 12' (3m x 3.7m). Finished Size is 2.97m x 3.45m. A 7.5mm "Keder" track is sewn into the short side which allows it to be easiliy slid into a standard caravan track. This makes a very light but strong, easy to manage awning. Ideal for travelling. Can be attached to buildings by fitting the "Caragroove" aluminium track.
